The Class B Region 4 Volleyball tournament returned to the Devils Lake Sports Center this week. Eight New Rockford-Sheyenne athletes competed at the 98th annual Howard Wood Dakota Relays meet at Howard Wood Field in Sioux Falls, South Dakota on May 5-6.
