Members of the District 7 All Tournament Team
Rockets head coach Tyler Cook was named District 7 Coach of the Year.
At the conclusion of the District 7 Boys Basketball Tournament on Monday, February 26, officials awarded exemplary players and a coach. Three Rocket players and their head coach were recognized during the ceremony.
The following players were named to the All District 7 Team based on regular season play:
NR-S: Teddy Allmaras, Bo Belquist and Wilson Howard.
FW-M: Doug Yankton, Frank Gourd, Jae Shawn Shaw and Gionni Robertson.
Benson County: Garrett Tandeski, Carter Tandeski and Keaton Nelson.
Dakota Prairie: Tyler Loe and Hunter Sand.
Harvey-Wells County: Jarrett Anderson.
Warwick: Paul Thiele.
Lakota: Colton Berg
Five players were named to the District 7 All-Tournament team for their performance during the tournament. The team included two Rockets, Teddy Allmaras and Bo Belquist; Doug Yankton and Jayden Yankton of Four Winds-Minnewaukan, and Hunter Sand of Dakota Prairie.
Sand was also named District 7 Senior Athlete of the Year.
