    On Wednesday, Dec. 18, New Rockford-Sheyenne School made an announcement. “Congratulations to Bo Belquist on signing his National Letter of Intent to play football at the University of North Dakota,” The Facebook post read. For fans following Bo’s career, this announcement is a follow up from the article that ran in the Transcript on July 15 when he made a verbal commitment to play for UND.     On Dec. 1, Tiffany 4-H Club went to the nursing home to help decorate Christmas trees for the Helping Hands project. After they decorated trees, they had hot apple cider and cookies which the nursing home had ready for them. They held a short business meeting.     To help North Dakota hunters prepare for hunting seasons in 2020, the North Dakota Game and Fish Department annually provides its best estimate for opening dates for the coming year.
