The Dauenhauer siblings have a moment with Santa during the Santa Day event at the Brown Memorial on Satuday, Dec. 9. More than 130 youth and their families attended. The event is organized by the New Rockford Area Chamber of Commerce and the New Rockford Lions Club and is run by volunteers.
This past week there were plenty of opportunities for kids and their families to partake in some holiday fun. Annual events included Kindergarten Gingerbread Day on Dec. 8, Santa Day on Dec. 9 and Shop with the Sheriff on Dec. 11. Here are a few scenes from the festivities.
On Monday, Dec. 11, the Eddy County Sheriff's Office once again put on their annual "Shop with the Sheriff" event.
