Belgarde of St. Michael, N.D. convicted of second-degree murder and arson

United States Attorney Mac Schneider, District of North Dakota, announced that Cody James Belgarde, age 36, from St. Michael, N.D., was found guilty of the charges of second-degree murder and arson.
