Magdalene "Lynn" M. Waldo, 63 of Warwick, N.D. passed away on Monday, July 25, 2022, at the Billings Clinic Hospital in Billings, Mont. with loving family at her side.

Visitation was held at the Gilbertson Funeral Home, Devils Lake on Sunday, July 31, 2022, from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial was on Monday, August 1, 2022, at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Devils Lake with Reverend Joseph Littlefield celebrating the Mass. Lynn was laid to rest in the Warwick Cemetery.

Magdalene Marie, daughter of William and Mary Tess (Durbin) Haman was born on April 4, 1959, at Devils Lake, N.D. She grew up on the family farm at Crary, N.D., attended school in Crary and graduated from Crary High School with the class of 1977. She moved to Minneapolis, Minn. to attend school to be a Dental Assistant. She worked in the dental field for 37 years in Devils Lake.

Lynn was united in marriage to Steve Waldo on October 13, 1984, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Devils Lake. They established their home on the family farm by Warwick, where they lived and raised their family.

Lynn's entire life was spent serving her Lord, family, friends, community and working to help the farm succeed. She loved the outdoors and playing in the yard and gardening.

The saying that your children are the rainbow in your life and your grandchildren are the pot of gold is so very true. God so blessed Lynn with such a wonderful family. They kept her on her knees praying and brought her endless joy.

The beautiful family that survives dear Lynn are her husband Steve Waldo of 37 years; children Adam (Betsy) Waldo; Laura (Ben) Walter all of Warwick and Krista (fiancé Nathan Cookman) Waldo of Devils Lake; four grandchildren Livia and Elijah Waldo, Matthew and Raymond Walter; her Dad, Bill Haman of Devils Lake; siblings Terry (Paula) Haman, Crary; Tony (Deb) Haman, Twin Falls, Idaho; Mike (Penny) Haman, Lakota, N.D.; Angie (John) Bachmeier, Williston, N.D.; Ray (Renae) Haman also of Crary; sister-in-law Bev Haman, Bismarck, N.D.; brothers-in-law Loren (Tanya) Waldo, Gary, Minn. and Alan Waldo, New Rockford, N.D.; many nieces, nephews and their families along with many precious and dear aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother Tess Haman; brother Jerry Haman; father-in-law and mother-in-law Ron and Lorene Waldo and special friend, Father Charles Leute OP.
