On April 1, 1905, the Streeter & Cooling Company began doing business as a corporation with G.W. Streeter, O.G. Cooling, and W.M. Chamberlain as incorporators. The main office was in New Rockford for the land, loan, collection, and abstract business. Attorney D.F. Ellsworth was the legal advisor and would also do the abstract work.
