Schuster Promoted at Bank Forward

Bank Forward is pleased to announce the promotion of Penny Schuster to Digital Services Specialist.

Penny has been a part of the Bank Forward team since 2003. In her new global role as Digital Services Specialist, Penny will be working with electronic funds transfer disputes, claims, and fraud alerts, as well as the Bank Forward debit card program and the digital banking department. Penny will continue to work out of the New Rockford branch, but she will be working with all Bank Forward branches.
