Marlys Koenig Welstad, 91, Minot, N.D., passed away April 8, 2019, at Maple View Memory Care.

Marlys Jeanette Hagen was born on Apri l4, 1928, the daughter of Melvin and Jenny (Nelson) Hagen, in rural Hamberg, N.D.
