CHI to host Diabetes Education Day May 15

A half-day seminar will be held to empower patients to become more informed and involved with their diabetes care on Wednesday, May 15. Registration is set for 8:30 – 9 a.m. followed by presentations from 9 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. at the CHI St. Alexius Health, Carrington, CMC West Conference Room, Carrington. Lunch for participants will be provided from 11:15 a.m. – noon.
