District 23 Dem-NPL to hold reorganizational meeting

District 23 Democratic NPL will have a reorganizational meeting for the purposes of electing district officers and receiving a legislative report on Sunday, Feb. 24 at the Latte Lobby in New Rockford from 2-4 p.m. Reorganizational meetings are held in the odd number years, and officers hold their office for two years.
