December 24, 2018

Farm Credit Services of North Dakota announced that for a fourth time they will not pass along a Federal Reserve interest rate increase to its variable rate customers. This is Pat-NOW working for you!

In December 2018, the Federal Reserve again announced a rate increase of .25 percent. Now for a record fourth time, Farm Credit Services of ND will hold their variable interest rate. Even though the Federal Reserve raised rates – Farm Credit Services of ND did not! We did not raise our rates for four of the last five increases!

How much does this mean for our loan customers? It means we have saved our loan customers more than $5,000,000!

Farm Credit Services of North Dakota continues to be the low interest rate leader. We are proud to be a cooperative working for our customers, and that means giving back on a consistent basis with our Pat-NOW philosophy of low rates.
