Obituary: Joyce Peltier

Joyce Faye Peltier, 66, of Fort Totten, N.D. passed away Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2018. Funeral service were held on Nov. 15 at the Fort Totten Wellness Center. Fr. Charles Leute, O.P. and Fr.
