Orders issued against companies promoting initial coin offerings

North Dakota Securities Commissioner Karen Tyler has issued Cease and Desist Orders against three companies promoting unregistered and potentially fraudulent securities in North Dakota in the form of Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs).
