Friday visitor and helper at the Candy Jensen home was son, Jerrod Holte of Mapelton.

From Wednesday until Friday, Martin and Eloise Lucht were sitters for grandkids Caleb and Callie Schneider at their home in Devils Lake, while Jay and Heidi, took the train to Minneapolis for a medical appointment. The Luchts returned home Friday after the Schneiders returned from Minneapolis. The Luchts also enjoyed a visit at the Glen and Ardy Salisbury home while in Devils Lake.

New Rockford area folks extend sympathy to the families of Frances Indergaard, Carl Aaland and Wilard Lieth.

Monday, Betty Westby picked up Shirley Packard and they were among the ladies to attend a meeting of the Auxillary of American Legion. Bev Bjornson gave Shirley a ride home after the meeting.

Sunday afternoon, Leo and Janet Laube and Yip Yip, found the spring weather nice enough to take a country drive. They traveled east of New Rockford checking the country side through McHenry and Glenfield, Carrington and back home.

Wednesday, Janet Guler and Shirley Packard were among the gals at the Kindred Sisters Bible Study at the Margie Bohnet home.

Wednesday, Calvin Packard and mom, Shirley enjoyed soup and sandwich supper at Grace Lutheran Church in Carrington prior to a Lenten service.
