Virgil Dean Strand, 85, Napa, CA, passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2018, in Vallejo, CA. No services per his request, burial will be at sea by the Neptune Society.

Virgil was born August 9, 1932 to Hulda (Anderson) and Kristan Strand, in Sheyenne, ND. He graduated from Sheyenne High School in 1950 and then moved to Napa, CA.
