    Seven North Dakota families were recognized as 4-H Century Families for 2018 during the North Dakota 4-H Foundation annual award and donor recognition luncheon. Any family whose years as 4-H members, leaders and/or volunteers add up to 100 years or more is eligible to be named a 4-H Century Family.     The Rockets volleyball team held an awards night on Monday, Nov. 26 at 7 p.m., where Head Coach Katie Demester and Assistant Coach Kortney Roscoe recognized athletes for their performance this season.  Certificates of participation were given to all athletes, varsity letter winners, and to Carli Lies and Hannah Haley for breaking 1,000 career assists and digs.     Sampling Data Available Anglers looking for a more in-depth look into many of North Dakota’s fisheries will have that chance soon on the state Game and Fish Department’s website, gf.nd.gov.
