The $250 blackout had a lucky winner when Dianne Hanson called bingo last Saturday night. Other volunteers for Sheyenne Civic Association were Tim Hartl and Randy Keller selling cards and Darlene Kolstad serving lunch. Saturday, Sept. 7, when Sheyenne GRIT hosts, the blackout will be back to $175.
