The annual Brandon Kolstad Memorial Coyote Hunt took place on Sunday, Feb. 25 at Wild Things Taxidermy in Sheyenne. A total of 19 teams signed up for the event and brought in 21 coyotes. Greg Kolstad and Brad Skytland took first place; Ben Grann and Ben Ayre placed second; and Joel Kuczynski and Dale Peplinski took third place. Andy Bachmeier and Nate Collier received the "Big Dog" prize whereas Damon Finley and Kiefer Finley were awarded the "Little Dog" prize.
