Kelsie Belquist, a star athlete for New Rockford-Sheyenne, has verbally committed to compete in track and field for the University of Nebraska.
The announcement was made on Tuesday, Oct. 24, and puts an end to speculation about which college program would be lucky enough to acquire her.
