Jan Loe recently traveled to South Carolina with her niece Pam and Brian Hill of Grand Forks. While there, they visited with Jan's niece and Pam's cousin Shannon Woodrow at her Shamrock Kennels. It was lots of fun visiting and also getting to play with all the dogs and puppies! They brought back Cash, Pam and Brian's new puppy. It was a wonderful trip, traveling through nine beautiful states.
Last Thursday evening, Patti Clifton, Jan and Steph Loe enjoyed supper at the Old 281 Tavern in Minnewaukan. Later, they played bingo at Dakota Spirits.
Bonnie Deegan went to Fargo on Sunday where she met her sister Margaret and her husband Will for lunch and visiting. They also visited with Bonnie and Margaret's 100-year-old aunt at her nursing home and had a great time with her. Bonnie returned to Sheyenne that evening. Margaret and Will headed home to South Carolina on Tuesday morning.
Sunday, Jan and Steph Loe had a delicious lunch with Jason Stenberg, Melissa Stenberg of Minneapolis and Laurel Allen from Iowa, at Jason's home in Brocket. Eddy County Public Health will hold a walk-in flu shot clinic at the Sheyenne Senior Center on Thursday, Oct. 5 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
