The New Rockford City Commission made progress in their quest to clean up dilapidated and dangerous structures this past week.
A public nuisance hearing was held bright and early the morning of Monday, Aug. 28. For 90 minutes, city leaders pored over photos and documents and referenced letters and phone calls from property owners to develop a plan of action.
