The New Rockford Area Chamber of Commerce’s annual Citywide Garage Sale will be held on Friday and Saturday, August 4-5.
Participants may register now at Bakers Dozen or the Transcript office in downtown New Rockford. Cost is $5 per address to secure a spot in the sale.
Registrations must be received by Tuesday, July 25 to be included on the maps and newspaper ad. Contact Bakers Dozen at 947-2359 or the Transcript at 947-2417 with any questions.
An ad listing the addresses of all participating garage sales will be published in the July 31 edition of the Transcript.
Maps of all registered sales will be distributed free to shoppers the day of the event, and participants will be provided with yard signs to mark their sales. Registered sales will also have a 20-word listing on the maps to showcase the types of items they have for sale.
