The interior of Loco Ketchup Cafe in New Rockford got a facelift, and is reopening Tuesday after months of work to bring the 75-year-old structure up to code.
After a months-long struggle to reopen their doors, the Loco Ketchup Cafe is finally resuming business.
Announced last Monday, the cafe will hold a grand reopening just in time for the summer months, and owner LaRae Sifuentes said she can't wait to get started.
"I'm really excited to get going, to see everybody and to get busy," she stated.
