Friday helper at the Shirley Packard home was Mary Gehrtz. Son, Calvin, was a Saturday helper, doing paperwork and reading for mom. Wednesday, they shopped for groceries.
Candy Jensen was very pleased when a good friend brought her favorite homemade rhubarb cake one afternoon.
Eloise Lucht enjoyed a phone chat with son Larry and Irene Lucht from their home in Virginia. All’s well in Virginia and Larry and Irene and family are planning a 2023 trip to New Rockford.
Sunday, Janet Laube called niece Shelly Nelson of Oklahoma finding bad weather predicted for the area, including possible hail and tornadoes and 80 mph winds. She also visited grandson Travis Laube and sister-in-law, Lois Ockert, via telephone. All is okay in Fargo.
