 Bonnie Deegan and Jan Loe left Sheyenne on Friday, Nov. 4, for Wayne, Neb., where they visited with Bonnie's daughter, Terri, and her son, Ethan.

 Saturday morning, Jan went on to Lincoln, Neb., for a visit with her son Steve and his daughter, Madison. Bonnie remained at her daughter's home. Bonnie and Jan headed back to Sheyenne, arriving here on Wednesday Nov. 9, late afternoon. Both report a good time.

 Patti Clifton did some errands in New Rockford one day last week.

 Sunday afternoon, Jan Loe and Bonnie Deegan attended the funeral service for Tonya Teel held at the Gilbertson Funeral Home in Devils Lake. Later, they enjoyed the Eddy County Ministerial soup supper at the New Rockford-Sheyenne School lunchroom.

 Steph and Jan Loe were in Grand Forks on Saturday where they met Jan's brother, Jim and Marjean Woodrow, and their daughter, Pam Hill, for lunch and visiting at the Ground Round. Steph and Jan did a little shopping before returning to Sheyenne that afternoon.

 The Eddy County VFW Auxiliary hosted a Veteran's Day supper for member veterans and spouses/guests on Friday evening at the VFW Clubhouse in Sheyenne. About 24 attendees enjoyed the meal and evening.

 Condolences to the family of Steven Westby, who passed away on Nov. 12.

 Jan Loe took Patti Clifton to Carrington on Monday afternoon where Patti had a medical appointment at Carrington Health Center.
