School board approves Close Up trip to Washington, D.C.

 At their regular meeting on Monday, Nov. 15, the New Rockford-Sheyenne School Board gave the go ahead for a student trip to our nation’s capital.

 Matt Shaffer, New Rockford-Sheyenne’s Social Studies teacher, approached the board for permission to continue planning and fundraising for the trip, which would be done through Close Up.
