Candy Jensen recently enjoyed a phone chat with her son, Derik Holte, from his home in Minneapolis. He and wife Val are doing fine.

Janet Laube and YipYip received word that niece Shelly Nelson and Sassy made the trip back to their home in Oklahoma safe and sound. Got rested up and back at work.

Eloise Lucht thoroughly enjoyed an interpreted phone call from granddaughter, Johanna Lucht, from her home in California and wished her luck on an upcoming surgery. Johanna is the daughter of Allen and Julie Lucht. She is employed with NASA in California. She is deaf and is a very accomplished young lady.

Shirley Packard was around town Thursday taking care of errands and enjoyed a hair cut by Glenda. Calvin was at mom, Shirleys, Saturday bagging leaves.

Janelle Koepplin, accompanied by family, Todd and Karen Koepplin, Aaron and Danielle Koepplin and Charlotte Koepplin drove out to Prairie Home Cemetary Saturday afternoon to see the newly placed headstone for Martin and herself. After, all enjoyed refreshments at Hanson’s Bar.
