The New Rockford-Sheyenne varsity volleyball team traveled to Des Lacs on Friday afternoon to kick off the two-day Laker Invite tournament.
The tournament was separated into four different pools, with the Rockets in Pool B alongside Our Redeemer's Christian School, Linton/HMB, Beulah and Glen Ullin/Hebron.
