Thursday brief visitor at the Eloise Lucht home was daughter, Heidi Schneider of Devil’s Lake. Heidi was in town tending to some business.
Gary and Kathy Anderson, Laura Hager, Patti Larson, Beverly Bjornson and Joyce Starke were among those who took 50th wedding anniversary greetings to John and Kathleen Lee Sunday at the Catholic church in Carrington. The Lee’s son, Brent and Joanna and their family and the Lee’s daughter, Juliann and husband, Guy Halverson were gracious hosts to this fun celebration.
Monday, Janet Laube and YipYip were pleasantly suprised with a visit from grandson, Travis Laube driving over from his home in Fargo.
Tuesday and Friday, Calvin Packard drove mom, Shirley, to a chiropractor appoinment in New Rockford. Wednesday, he mowed mom’s yard.
Wednesday, Ken and Marvis Holte enjoyed the appreciation noon lunch at Bank Forward in Carrington, where they also had a chance meeting there with James Dockter and a chat. Thursday, the Holtes enjoyed a chance meeting and visit with Phyllis Birkholz at the grocery store. Sunday, they enjoyed garden sweet corn, a treat from the neighbor.
