Johnny Grann returned to Jamestown on Sunday to start summer workouts.

Sunday, John and Donna Grann and Brian and Vicki Maddock from Maddock attended a Hank Williams Jr. concert at the Alerus Center in Grand Forks.

Thursday, Lester Roberts kept a medical appointment in Devils Lake.

Lester visited his brother, Roger on Sunday.

Howard and Helen Schmid went to the cemetery in Harvey and also visited Helen’s sister-in-law, Linda Thomas and nephew, Chad Thomas.

Thursday afternoon, Linda, Kennedee and McKenzee Madson and Carrie Prince put flags out at the Hillside Cemetery in Oberon. While there, we had a visit with Howard and Helen Schmid who were also at the cemetery.

Friday, Dave and Linda put flowers on the graves of Linda’s brother, Kent VenHuizen, at Wesley Cemetery – rural Cooperstown; Aunt Bess and Uncle Noralf Tweit and cousins, Lawrence and Glen Tweit in Walum; Mom, Valborg, and step-dad, Casper Thompson, grandpa Andrew and grandma, Helena Tweit and uncles, Harold, Ted and Olaf Tweit at Eidfjord Lutheran church rural Walum; and dad, Ray VenHuizen and grandpa, Arthur and grandma, Grace and cousin, Dennis VenHuizen at rural Wimbledon.

Saturday afternoon, Carrie Prince visited Dave and Linda and was an overnight guest at Melodie Madson’s home. The girls helped Dave and Linda with a project in preparation for the garage sale on June 18.

Saturday, Linda’s brother, Bradley VenHuizen of Savannah, Georgia called and said he was still in the hospital after a surgical procedure he had done on Friday. As of Monday, he is still in the hospital and his wife, Randi, is home recovering from Covid.

Nadley Buehler spent a few days visiting Breana and Michael Pacheco in Watford City. While there, the ladies enjoyed a day in Williston having nails done and lunch. On Sunday, Breana was honored with a baby shower put on by her friends.

Nadley then traveled to Bismarck to visit Elisa, Joe and Annley Wentz.

Sherry Boehmer joined Nadley for breakfast Wednesday following appointments.

Thursday, Nadley joined friends for lunch at Harriman’s in Maddock.

Grace and Hendrick Buehler visited Nadley and Todd on Friday.
