Breana Pacheco and Mavis spent the weekend at the Todd and Nadley Buehler farm.

Saturday afternoon visitors were Elisa, Joe and Annley Wentz and Maynard and Annley’s nurse, Kayla. It was Annley’s first visit to the farm.

Beau, Bria, Brittin and Brooks and Hunter, Grace and Hendrick joined the family for lunch and visit on Saturday.

Randy Simon stopped by to say hello and meet Annley and Hendrick and visit the family Saturday afternoon.

Sunday morning, Breana took Nadley out for Mother’s Day brunch.

Sunday evening, the Buehler families had a Mother’s Day supper together.

When I called Lester Roberts for news Sunday evening, he was busy making deviled eggs.

Lester attended the funeral for Cameron Mikkelsen on Wednesday.

Roger Roberts visited Lester on Sunday.

Doris Griffin reports that there are at least three goslings in a nest, but it was not possible to get closer to see if there were more because papa goose has been guarding the nest and he chased her away.

Dave and Linda Madson and Carrie Prince accompanied Melodie and McKenzee Madson to Jamestown on Saturday to go to the home of Shawn and Cathy Caulfield. Cathy’s birthday was celebrated, as well as Mother’s Day. Other guests were Brandon, Sarah, Paige and Easton and Jerad, Ashton and Ryker Caulfield and Jerad’s fiancé, Alicia Mitzel and her son, Braydon.

Charlotte Simon went on the North Dakota Mystery Trip Monday through Thursday with seven others from the Maddock area. The destination has to remain a mystery until the other groups have gone.

Saturday, Charlotte attended the surprise birthday party for Jane Brorby at Harriman’s hosted by her family.

Randy stopped by the Buehler farm for a visit and to meet Annley and Hendrick on Saturday.

Randy and Charlotte enjoyed supper at Harriman’s with Charlotte’s cousin, Greg Garman, on Saturday evening.

Sunday, the Simons traveled to Grand Forks to have Mother’s Day brunch at the home of Carson, Heidi, Max and Elin Thompson. Following brunch, the family attended Elin’s dance recital at the Chester Fritz.

Donna Grann went to Flandreau, S.D. on Wednesday to pick up Bobbi and Emersyn Olson who will spend a week visiting.

Ben Grann judged the first spring high school rodeo Saturday and Sunday in Williston.

John and Donna Grann and Bobbi and Emersyn Olson met Johnny Grann in Carrington on Sunday for a Mother’s Day dinner.
