Talk of the Town: April 11, 2022

Last Saturday, Arlene Holtz enjoyed a visit from long time friends: Elke Titts, Ralph Johnson and Don Kraft of Aberdeen, S.D. All enjoyed a scenic tour of Devils Lake and area and visiting over lunch at Proz Lakeside.

Shirley Packard, Calvin Packard and Kevin Johnson were among the many who attended the funeral service for Verle Marsaa on Friday at First Lutheran Church in New Rockford.

Wednesday visitors at the Ken and Marvis Holte home were Amanda Bickett and Izzy.

Eloise Lucht enjoyed a phone conversation with Bonnie Kuhen of Fargo, Sunday.

Tuesday, Shirley Packard took the Eddy County Van to Carrington, where she had a medical appointment. Thursday, son Calvin, was a helper and reader at mom’s. He returned Sunday and did some errands. Mary Gehrtz was a Saturday helper.

Sunday, Janet Laube enjoyed a phone call form Fargo from Lois Ockert and niece, Brenda Nealis.
