Hovey elected to Phi Beta Mu, International School Bandmaster Fraternity

Annette Hovey, Music Director at New Rockford-Sheyenne High School, has been elected to membership in Phi Beta Mu, an International School Bandmaster Fraternity. Phi Beta Mu is an honorary, nonpolitical, nonprofit fraternity established in 1938. There are approximately 1,200 active members worldwide with chapters in most of the 50 United States as well as Canada, Japan and Europe.
