Talk of the Town: Dec. 20, 2021

Evelyn Jo, daughter of Taylor and Amanda Koepplin, celebrated her second birthday in style on Saturday afternoon at James River Ag with lots of family, friends, little cousins, grandmas and grandpas, and aunts and uncles.
