Oberon Oracles: Nov. 15, 2021

Oberon Oracles has been absent from the paper because I had knee replacement surgery on October 11. It went well and the therapy is getting my knee back in working order.

Johnny Grann came home from college Friday through Sunday to visit his family and bale some hay.

John and Donna traveled to Stanley, N.D. on Saturday where Donna competed in a benefit barrel race for Carmen Ruud of Ross.

Bruce Engelhardt from Mandan stopped by to visit the Grann home on Thursday on his way to Grahams Island to hunt deer.

Tom and Pam Schmid attended the burial service for Peggy Kindem at the Devils Lake cemetery on Saturday. Our sympathy to Peggy’s family.

Doug, Stacey and Brody Geston of Fargo were weekend guests at the Tom and Pam Schmid home. The Geston’s were deer hunting.

Lester Roberts attended the funeral for John Conway in Leeds on Wednesday. Our sympathy to John’s family.

Last week: Michael and Breana Pacheco, Mavis, Waylon and Merle of Watford City were weekend visitors at the Todd and Nadley Buehler farm.

Debbie and Joel Hjelseth arrived Friday from Chattanooga, Tenn. for a visit to the Todd and Nadley Buehler farm.

Hunter and Grace Buehler joined the family for a visit on Friday and Saturday evening.

Brittin and Brooks Buehler visited Todd, Nadley, and family on Saturday afternoon.
