Just up the road from Carrington, the NDSU Research Extension Center (REC) has welcomed a new member to their Livestock unit.
Dr. Colin Tobin, who grew up on a cattle ranch in central South Dakota, is the REC's new research animal scientist. Tobin recently finished his Ph.D. in Range Science at New Mexico State University in 2020, and has been working at the REC for just over a month.
