Sunday, the taco supper to benefit the fire department was enjoyed by all who attended. Among them were Calvin Packard and his mom Shirley, Margie Bohnet, Ruby Simms and Helen Duda.

Eloise Lucht, driven by daughter Heidi Schneider, had good reports after an eye appointment in Grand Forks on Wednesday. The gals enjoyed a nice lunch before the appointment.Heidi did some shopping while mom was at the appointment.

Sunday, Martin and Janelle Koepplin were hosts to a family pigs in the blanket dinner at their home. Enjoying a visit and the tasty meal were Todd and Karen Koepplin, Taylor and Amanda Koepplin and Evelyn, Charlotte Koepplin, Aaron Koepplin, and Kerigan, Chevelle, Carter and Hendrix.

Thursday, Shirley Packard enjoyed getting her hair cut, and later her son Calvin drove them to Carrington where they did some fruitful shopping.

Tuesday, Amanda Bickett was a brief visitor at the Ken and Marvis Holte home. She returned on Sunday with freshly baked lemon bars to share over conversation and tea.

Janet Laube and Yip-Yip enjoyed a Sunday drive around New Rockford.

Candy Jensen received texts and pictures of her son Derik Holte and bride Val Mikelson’s backyard wedding at their home in Minneapolis, Minn. on Friday, Oct. 1. The bride's family and the groom's brother Jerrod Holte, and wife Angie, were in attendance. The happy couple enjoyed what they love to do, a honeymoon camping trip to Wisconsin.
