Eddy County Sheriff's Report for March

Waylon J. Stands, Jr. of Sheyenne was stopped on Eddy County 1 (29th Street), east of Sheyenne, on March 16. The vehicle had no license plate, and Stands’ driver’s license was suspended. The deputy smelled marijuana in the vehicle, and identified a joint in the cup holder.
