Pinochle players gather to remember Wick

Pinochle players converged at Buck-it's Bar on Feb. 19 to remember their friend Roger Wick and raise money for suicide prevention efforts.
The second annual Roger Wick Memorial Pinochle Tournament was graciously hosted at Buck-It's Bar on Friday, Feb. 19. Twenty-eight Pinochle players came out to escape the winter doldrums and play this trick-taking card game, enjoy some Midnight Munchies and indulge in libations. The mood was fun; the play was serious. Roger would have been proud.
