BCBSND opens Special Enrollment Period

Following an executive order put in place by President Joe Biden on Jan. 28, 2021, Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) will offer a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) from Feb. 15 - May 15, 2021.
