Rockets take down BCN Bison at home

The Rockets defeated the Bison 56-21 on Thursday, Feb. 4 at home.

Junior Kennedy Demester started the game off with three three-pointers. Dani Bjerke also dropped two three-pointers in the first quarter. The Rockets had a 15-point lead on the Bison.

During the second quarter, Bjerke put up another three-pointer and a field goal. The Rockets kept ahead of the Bison by 22 points.

Cassie Longnecker brought in two three-pointers in the third quarter to stay ahead of the Bison by 29 points.

Demester and Bjerke led the team with 13 points each. Kayahna Hopfauf was also in the double digits with 10 points.

Jayden Samek held the most points for the Bison with seven points. Ashley Mcfadgen was not far behind with six points.

The Rockets junior varsity team played a total of three quarters against the Bison. The Rockets beat the Bison 56-14.

Eighth grader Kaiya O'Connor led the Rockets with 15 total points. Also in double digits were Ava Peterson with 12 points and Kelsie Belquist with 10 points.

Rylee Kramlich put up 12 points for the Bison. Other top scorer for the Bison was Brooke Bundy with two points.
