Rud receives Bank Forward's Bill Brown Award

Bank Forward is pleased to announce that Deb Rud has been named the recipient of the 2020 Bill Brown Award, Bank Forward's highest honor for outstanding service.

The Bill Brown Award reflects the legacy its namesake Bill Brown left on the Bank Forward organization. Bill spent his entire life a part of Bank Forward and always focused on service; service to his customers, employees and community. To be nominated for the Bill Brown Award, an employee must deliver a high standard of customer service or service support, go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of the customer and build relationships, and/or do something that demonstrates leadership, teamwork or dedication to their community or the Bank Forward organization.

Per nominations received, Deb's peers had this to say about her: "Deb has been a loyal employee of Bank Forward's for nearly 30 years. Her experience and knowledge in operations is unmatched. Deb has such a wealth of knowledge and experience! Whether you are a customer or another employee, you want her on your team when you need assistance. She is always very friendly and puts the customers first, and demonstrates the Bill Brown Way every day!"
