NR-S rolls past Titans behind Bjerke's 27

NR-S guard Dani Bjerke splashed in five three-pointers and finished with 27 points to help the Rockets defeat the Griggs/Midkota Titans, 58-37, in non region play at the NRS Gym on December 28.-

Four of those treys came in the first half for Bjerke, and Cassie Longnecker added another three-ball in the second quarter, enabling the Rockets to take a 35-19 lead at the half. Also in double figures for New Rockford-Sheyenne was Chloe Heinz, who ended her night with 10 points. Also adding eight and seven points for the winners, respectively, were Kayahna Hopfauf and Longnecker.

Nicole Beckley was the only Titan player to hit in double figures, scoring 10. Emma Kollman contributed eight points for Griggs/Midkota, who dropped to 2-3 with the loss to the Rockets.
