New Rockford and area folks extend sympathy to the family of Bruce Anderson.

Ken and Marvis Holte received a phone call from Bob and Ardy Yates of Arkansas Sunday with the news that Bob is doing fine after a minor auto accident. Ardy is a sister to Marvis.

YipYip got a fine hair cut at Katie’s (Geske) Monday. Later Janet Laube picked him up and took a quick trip to Jamestown and done some shopping storing up with winter necessities.

Shirley Packard said goodbye to Poffy cat (Poofie) Monday, October 19, 2020 as she was quietly put to sleep. Poffy was near 20 years old and her health had been failing. She had the life of luxury with Shirley for eight years. Before that Poffy had been Shirley’s late mother, Ida Womacks’ furry friend since she was a kitten. Poffy was loved and will be missed.

Friday Cody and Amanda Bickett and Izzy were visitors at the Ken and Marvis Holte home bearing gifts of fresh-baked peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies.

Todd Harrison was a Thursday stopper at Aunty Shirley Packard’s giving her pointers on how to use her new phone.
