Peak Performance Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, located in New Rockford, welcomes Melissa Ystass to their team of professionals. Melissa has six years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, pediatrics, skilled nursing and home health care therapy. She is Level 1 Pelvic Floor Certified, along with Graston Level 1 Certified. Melissa is currently working towards her LSVT BIG and Functional Dry Needling Certifications.
Melissa graduated from the University of Mary with her doctorate of physical therapy in 2014. She thoroughly enjoys meeting each new patient and looks forward to the journey through rehabilitation they will take together. She has a passion for progressing clients back to optimal daily life and work skills independence.
Melissa is originally from Carrington and resides in rural Sheyenne with her husband and two children. She loves to travel and spend time with friends. During her free time, Melissa likes to spend time with her family outdoors, especially the lake.
