Last Sunday Taylor and Amanda Koepplin and Evelyn were visitors at the Tim and Bobbi Jo Indergaard and Martin and Janelle Koepplin homes.

Thursday and Friday guest at the Janet Laube home was niece Robin Westall of Fargo. The gals and Yip Yip enjoyed country drives that took them to Brantford, Grace City, McHenry, Sheyenne, Warsing Dam, Hendrickson Park, Prairie Home Cemetery, Grace City Cemetery and around New Rockford. Robin is the daughter of the late Harley and Betty Nelson.

Nephew Dana Salisbury of Devils Lake stopped briefly at the Eloise Lucht home recently. They enjoyed a family catch-up.

Saturday evening daughter Amanda Bickett delivered a baked chicken supper to the Ken and Marvis Holte home in celebration of Mom’s birthday including a special cake.

Thursday brief afternoon visitor at the Martin and Janelle Koepplin home was Charlotte Koepplin bringing garden beets ready to eat, grape tomatoes and kohlrabi.

Monday son-in-law Jay Schneider was in New Rockford for a dental appointment. He stopped in at Eloise Lucht’s with garden beets. They enjoyed a chat.

Sunday Ken and Marvis Holte enjoyed a dinner at Rockford Cafe in celebration of Marvis’ birthday. Marvis got calls with good wishes of the day from son Loren and family of Bismarck, sister Ardy Yates of Arkansas and daughter Amanda Bickett of Carrington.

Eloise Lucht received a phone call recently from son Alan from Germany, where temperatures are in the hundreds. He is still working from home, practicing social distancing and wearing masks when out of the house. Numbers of COVID-19 are rising daily in Germany.
