Sheyenne's Farmers Market will have its opening day on Saturday morning, August 1, at the corner of Main Street and Richter Avenue. Always lots of good produce from area vendors!
Patti Clifton and Jan Loe were in Maddock recently, where Patti did some business at North Star Community Credit Union. Later, they enjoyed a visit and noon lunch with Patti's sisters-in-laws, Donna Smith and Carolyn Harwood at Harriman's.
Bonnie Deegan and Jan Loe had lunch in New Rockford recently following an outdoor worship service at Grace Lutheran Church.
Bob and Dawn Boyd spent some time in Sheyenne recently taking care of their "second home" here.
The next Foot Clinic at the Sheyenne Senior Center is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 3.
Patti Clifton accompanied Jan Loe to Carrington last Wednesday afternoon to do a little shopping. On the way home, they stopped in New Rockford for coffee and had a visit with Bob and Dawn Boyd who were also enjoying an afternoon coffee break.
There will be no Saturday night bingo at the Ostby in Sheyenne until Saturday, Sept. 12. The organizations that sponsor bingo made the decision in an effort to help keep our local and surrounding communities safe during this time.
