Despite the coronavirus, Beals completes cancer treatment

Bill Beals smiles big behind his mask as he rings the bell, marking the end of his cancer treatment at Jamestown Regional Medical Center.

He rang the bell, knowing he'll celebrate sometime soon.

"We'll make up for it," said Bill Beals, New Rockford, N.D. "We need to stay positive."

Beals graduated from the cancer center at Jamestown Regional Medical Center Monday, April 20 after 18 months of treatment. Doctors diagnosed him with lung cancer in 2018. His family has supported him since the beginning, checking in, lending hands. Bec...
