Bill Beals smiles big behind his mask as he rings the bell, marking the end of his cancer treatment at Jamestown Regional Medical Center.
He rang the bell, knowing he'll celebrate sometime soon.
"We'll make up for it," said Bill Beals, New Rockford, N.D. "We need to stay positive."
